Faces of Dover committee is pleased to announce that the historic markers and Faces of Dover posters are now in place in Dover. ( Note some may be removed during the winter months to aid in the snow removal process.)  These markers were first erected in 2000 by Dover’s Main Street Program, but time and New England weather had damaged them.  The committee, made up of local citizens,  replaced and supplement the markers with solid fiberglass panels that are virtually maintenance free.  Enjoy!

This project was largely being underwritten by Dover Main Street, but the committee members worked tirelessly to make this project happen. Thank you to everyone that pitched in!
